		<description>Is "Let's get with the program." rarely used in the UK? I ask because your note about it implies a feeling that it is novel and it is actually in common use in the States. Because of that, however, I wouldn't have taken much notice of it in this instance - and it's actually pretty perfect in this spot, gets across Calvin's particular frankness.</description>
