Its a joke that the Americans are still getting away with it, WHY IS'NT SOMEONE DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT IN A FORMAL AND CIVILIZED MANNER AND BRING JUSTICE TO THE INNOCENT PRISONERS? I don't think it <i>is</i> assumed that the majority of prisoners are guilty of something. Not in this country anyway.
