That's one of the less coherent comments I've ever posted here. Is there a prize? So I posted this to the <a href="http://www.flickr.com/help/forum/en-us/49130/" rel="nofollow">Flickr forum</a> which garnered a link to <a href="http://www.sirimo.co.uk/ukpr.php/2004/11/19/uk_photographers_rights_guide" rel="nofollow">The UK Photographers Rights Guide</a>.
