		<description>Robert, you say I am wrong to equate the Georgian citizens with the decision makers in my condemnation of Georgia&#039;s role in this conflict. Yet the people of Georgia voted for these particular decision makers on a promise that they would reintegrate the lost territories and then wildly celebrated the night Tskhinvali was devastated. That&#039;s democracy for you, the people cannot be absolved from what they voted for (and celebrate).</description>
