Polifluentials

Another neologism: Polifluentials.

The demographic of politically active and influential king-makers. This is a wider term than cognoscenti or commentariat and includes political operatives, bloggers, and highly networked activists (via TechPresident).

    I think it’s fair to say there can only be one king-maker per king. And I think it’s also fair to say, you do not believe in monarchy, therefore your polifluism is nonsensical.

    Why even bother with the term, why not just say Peter Mandleson, if that’s what you mean? It’s nothing the twin sins of simony and nepotism don’t cover. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, that’s my motto. Not to mention the law of parsmiony.
